DR. KIM MCNAIR

Dr. Kim McNair is a nationally respected C-suite executive, media strategist, and powerhouse entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience. As CEO of Kim McNair Productions, LLC, and Founder of the Business Women Empowerment Project, Inc. (BWEP), she has built a legacy rooted in leadership, transformation, and visibility—especially entrepreneurs and students.
She is the creator and executive producer of the WOTM Summit™, now in its 13th year, which has empowered over 20,000 men and women throughout Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia. Through BWEP, she has mentored hundreds of high school girls in leadership, entrepreneurship, STEM, and financial literacy—offering them the tools to succeed with confidence and purpose.
Dr. McNair holds executive certifications from Harvard Business School (Women in Leadership) and Cornell University (Women’s Entrepreneurship), and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Humanities and Leadership from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary. Her impressive client portfolio includes Amazon, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, where she delivers high-level event production, strategic consulting, and community engagement services.
She is WBENC certified and SLBE certified in Clayton County, GA, and has been recognized by ATL Plus Magazine, the Atlanta Business League’s 100 Women of Influence, Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, Atlanta Daily World, and the Odessa Chambliss Quality of Life Fund. In both 2024 and 2025, she was named one of Atlanta’s 50 Most Powerful Women and received the Honor of Excellence from the Motherless Daughters Foundation.
